CBC News - Prince Edward Island - Charlottetown to hold roundabout training

The second ever roundabout opened up in Charlottetown and people came out to watch the first cars go through said John. (editor's note: John is Deb's lover)

"I don't see what is supposedly so "hilarious" about this story. We have never had much experience with roundabouts in PEI, so naturally people are going to be a bit nervous about the prospect of them. If they want to go and get some practice to learn how to use them properly, good for them.russ33"

Just for your information: I am not making fun of the islanders. There is nothing to laugh about - it's normal to feel apprehensive when you are about to experience something new...I just thought it was cute.

Non, vous ne rêvez pas! La création d'un deuxième carrefour sur l'île du Prince Edouard a fait les gros titres. Il se trouve à Charlottetown et pour faciliter son usage et permettre aux habitants de s'y habituer, une session d'entraînement a été mise en place.

Les résidents se sont réunis pour regarder les premières voitures s'élancer dans le rond-point...!

"Je ne vois pas ce qui est censé être drôle dans cette histoire! On a très peu d'expérience en matière de rond-point à l'IPE. C'est normal que les gens appréhendent la chose. S'ils ont envie d'aller s'entraîner et apprendre comment les utiliser correctement, tant mieux pour eux! Je ne vois pas où est le problème. russ33"
